I wrote to the team requesting a replacement wheel for my case, which had been broken during a plane trip. It seems it had been mishandled on the plane. Initially the team sent me a wheel that did not fit. They responded quickly to my message when I informed them this. When Courtney realized they did not have a replacement wheel for the one that had been broken on my case, they sent me a new case!
