I have had 3 different personalised products from RoR over the years. They have all been of high quality and have lasted. Its a small independent company and have a very nice customer service from my experience. Most of the negative reviews seem to have an issue with personalised gifts not being able to be refunded if the sizing doesnt meet the customers expectation. Its maybe worth measuring a top that you like and sending a message to ask if their stock size matches yours. The sizes I ordered were fine. But you can't please everyone.
