Attempted to use one for “20% off and free shipping” — didn’t work, their website ignored their own promo.Tried to “go to order” to check on adding promo, received an immediate “your order has been placed”! Not my intent.A “cancel order” button was on my screen. Selected it. Did absolutely nothing This was on a Sunday. Rockport’s customer service number is not available on Sunday. Called on the next day, Monday. Finally received a lying reply “we begin working on all orders within an hour of receipt (please, byotch!)Shipping on this “urgent” (ha!) order then delayed by a week by Rockport.Untrustworthy company. Avoid like the plague
