Review Time
I ordered the wrong item (my fault). I went through the return process. The process is confusing and incomplete. I did not receive a return label. No instruction other than to take it to a "Happy Returns" location.
Tried calling customer service. Open from NOON til 5 - are you kidding? Tried speaking to a live person; they don't offer live people.
I have worn Rockport shoes for 50 years. I had reordered 2 more pairs shoes. After this experience, I cancelled.
We purchased and received shoes Dec. 13,2025. The shoes were a gift opened Christmas Day December 25,2025. They did not fit and the design not liked. We left for a 3 week vacation right after the holiday. When we returned from vacation I contacted the company for a refund on Jan, 21,2026. Theyvrefused a refund or exchange because it was pass their 30 day policy even though it wasn’t received until Christmas, December 25th. This is very poor customer service and very disappointing. We will not be using this company again.

Garbage. They are not the Rockport you remember. £295 for boots with misaligned tongues and wrong shape across the foot. I have tried several times to contact Rockport, but they refuse to return my emails. My guess is they found someone to make a bunch of boots for them, sell them and go bust again.Terrible quality. Buy other boots.
The worst customer service if they even have customer service. I tired to contact them about a missing pair of shoes that I ordered. Instead I was given an AI slop resonse and no further investigation. Had to email them three times and they still never responded except for their bad attempt of a resonse. Had to do a charge back on my credit card.
The shoes from this company are good, but never order them from the website! I ordered shoes, they turned out to be too big for me. I returned them the same day. I paid 160 dollars, they should return me 110 dollars! I will never order anything from this website again and I do not advise you to!
Rockport shoes and sandals have been a staple in our household 👟 🩴 👞 In the ever evolving shoe brand wars, Rockport has been the go to shoes for both Drs. Razack’s .our son too now sport RockPorts to work and loves it .5 ⭐️ in my opinion Thank you RockPort Shoe Company and great customer support Team .
Should be ZERO stars.Received far too many promo emails. Attempted to use one for “20% off and free shipping” — didn’t work, their website ignored their own promo.Tried to “go to order” to check on adding promo, received an immediate “your order has been placed”! Not my intent.A “cancel order” button was on my screen. Selected it. Did absolutely nothing This was on a Sunday. Rockport’s customer service number is not available on Sunday. Called on the next day, Monday. Finally received a lying reply “we begin working on all orders within an hour of receipt (please, byotch!)Shipping on this “urgent” (ha!) order then delayed by a week by Rockport.Untrustworthy company. Avoid like the plague
