We paid for a year of drum lessons, but our 6-year-old learned nothing. The classes were very short for each child. This year, he switched to singing, and in just two months, there were three changes in band leaders. When we decided to cancel in December, the service refused to let him perform at the concert we had already paid for unless we paid an additional fee for a brief performance. The concert is scheduled for early December, but they have a history of changing dates last minute. After they shortened a November class, I contacted them and spoke with a representative who insisted that even with missed lessons, their terms meant my son couldn't attend the concert. He refused to consult anyone else, claiming there was no one above him. I even offered to pay for my child's participation in the concert as a one-time fee, but that was declined too. Poor teaching, poor value, and very rigid customer service.
