My son is absolutely thrilled with his lessons led by the instructor. He has gained so much confidence and proudly performed in his first concert, buzzing with excitement. He just recently started since beginning year 1, and he shares his enthusiasm after every lesson. He even amazed me with his knowledge about the different parts of the drum, which is impressive compared to his usual updates about lunch! We especially appreciate the band setting for learning and that they are playing music from iconic bands, which is fantastic! Thank you to the instructor and thank you to the service.
My child loved the lessons. The instructor was fantastic, making her feel happy and at ease. Attending the sessions was a truly special time for her. I went to all the performances and was genuinely amazed at how much the instructor accomplished with the kids in such a short period. Very impressive!
My child loved the lessons. The instructor was very approachable, and she felt happy and at ease around him. Attending the sessions was like a special time for her. I went to all the performances and was truly impressed by how much the instructor accomplished with the kids in such a short period. Very remarkable!
Kayra has truly enjoyed her classes this term. She always anticipates her sessions and returns home eager to share her new skills. Watching her perform at the concert was incredible; her confidence, energy, and joy while singing were evident. I’m so proud of her progress and thankful for the support and inspiration she receives from the team. Thank you for providing her with such a positive and motivating musical experience.
We paid for a year of drum lessons, but our 6-year-old learned nothing. The classes were very short for each child. This year, he switched to singing, and in just two months, there were three changes in band leaders. When we decided to cancel in December, the service refused to let him perform at the concert we had already paid for unless we paid an additional fee for a brief performance. The concert is scheduled for early December, but they have a history of changing dates last minute. After they shortened a November class, I contacted them and spoke with a representative who insisted that even with missed lessons, their terms meant my son couldn't attend the concert. He refused to consult anyone else, claiming there was no one above him. I even offered to pay for my child's participation in the concert as a one-time fee, but that was declined too. Poor teaching, poor value, and very rigid customer service.
My son was put on the 'waiting list' for this service fourteen months ago when he started reception. After following up at the start of year one—while many of his classmates signed up without issues—I was told he had never been placed on the list, despite previous confirmations from the school and the service. We held off enrolling him in similar classes elsewhere, believing he'd get a spot soon and wanting him to join his friends in a band. Now, I have to explain to a disappointed 5-year-old why he’s the only one not participating after waiting an entire year. This is incredibly poor service.
My son took drumming classes after school hours since they didn’t offer them during school time. He has special educational needs and was in a small group, which was ideal! However, the constant change of teachers was a major issue; kids need time to bond with an adult, especially a teacher. This really affected the experience. They eventually pulled out of our school, which was disappointing after starting something promising. It was quite costly each month as well! I decided to stop the remaining lessons when I learned they would be leaving. So, it felt like money wasted. His friend canceled the direct debit after being told there was no need to pay for the last month, and they’ve made multiple calls to inquire about the cancellation. There seems to be a lack of communication, which isn't ideal at all! It's a shame because we’ve heard great things about this service from other families. Perhaps our local school wasn’t large enough for them!
My son enjoys the sessions, and they’ve certainly helped boost his confidence. The environment is fun and engaging, and when everything runs smoothly, the kids have a great time. However, it is quite pricey for what is offered. The teaching mainly focuses on one song per term, limiting musical progression. Moreover, reliability has been an issue; last year, six lessons were canceled along with the end-of-term concert, and this year, two lessons have already been canceled. Overall, the experience is enjoyable for the children when it occurs, but the value for money and consistency could improve significantly.
My son is really enjoying his lessons and learning how to play the electric guitar. He isn’t very confident, and this experience is helping him immensely. His instructor seems very popular, and he always looks forward to his lessons.
