So far very disappointed, i will update this reveiw if anything changes.Ordered an item and paid for next day delivery. Repeatedly receieved emails stating there was an issue and my order was delayed. Contacted the company asking for a refund on my postage. No response. Finally receive an email stating its out for delivery. Track the package and see that it has been delievered to the wrong address. Double check the address on my order is correct, which it was. Unable to see if the address on the package was printed correctly so do not know if this is a fault with Royal Mail or Rock Universe.If Royal Mail are unable to retrieve the package it is on Rock Universe to put in the claim to be able to refund me. As Rock Universe have not responded to any previous messages yet I feel that i will be out of pocket with no itema as I have no faith in their customer service so far.
