Sadly I didn’t receive the item I ordered and paid for due to a software glitch. A good few days after I placed the order I received an email detailing my cancellation and refund. Then a second email explained that it had been a software issue. So there are no positives to my experience.

I ordered this jacket from another company (Backstage Originals - to be avoided at all costs!!) but it wasn't sent and it was tough getting my money back so I was a little skeptical about ordering it again.I took a chance (for £39.95 instead of £56, I couldn't not try). I was given a Royal Mail tracking number and it arrived within one week.The quality is amazing and I'm very happy with this jacket. It was very well packaged and arrived in good condition.I'd recommend this company and I'll be looking to shop there again in future if I'm ever after band merch.5 stars from me. 👍👍👍
