Honestly, I wouldn’t even give them one star. I would ignore their 25-year warranty. My mother-in-law had this done, and now there are green algae stains, with visible fasteners showing through the finish. After emailing them, they blamed it on traffic and trees, even though it’s a quiet road with few trees nearby. Aftercare is nonexistent.
