Absolutely terrible casino, will not recommend to anyone and will be sharing my views across all possible platforms. I put in a withdrawal for my winnings a week ago and still have not received anything! I have been completely verified so there is no reason why it is still pending! When I contact them via their support email I just get the same generic reply of “first in first served” reply every time. Fairly positive that they are not clearing it in hopes that I give up and spend it! Not happening @rockwin so just pay my fairly won winnings!

Withdrawal nightmare! **FRAUDS**FAKE SITE**TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE** AVOID!! I am still waiting on $450 AUD. I’m not even sure this is a legit site at this point. It should be take down. Stalling techniques and verification nightmare.This casino advertises fast withdrawals but when it comes to verification it is nothing but stalling techniques and pure malice. I understand the need for proper KYC, but when 20 documents, each showing the same address (bills, bank statements, insurance statements etc.), are denied, there is just nothing else to explain this than the casino not wanting to cashout. Please stay away.

Rockwins Casino should speed up the withdrawal process

Rockwins Casino, all in all, is actually really really nice, I’ve been using it for a few months now, all up probably put $10,000 through of my money but have won around $40,000, so I’m happy about that, the only thing that I don’t really like is, whenever I do win a substantial amount, the waiting and following up I have to do to ensure I am going to get the money is incredibly frustrating, I am aware that it is a tactic they use because I am more likely to gamble it again, it’s a good business strategy, but highly frustrating. In my case, if they paid me instantly, I would be more likely to put more of it back through. But all in all, I’ve been quite happy with my experience with rockwins.

Deposit errors

Oh my gosh. What an experience I am having. I have made multiple deposits in the last 7 days. All in which were stating pending rather then being instantly accepted. On all deposits attempted only three actually went through and was removed from my bank account. One $50, one $30 and another $50. The rest did not take from my bank account but still stated pending on my account. 5 days later and about 50 automated emails replies. All transactions resulted in saying “rejected” another lot of emails back and forth and They finally manually added $50 to my account. However I am still waiting on my other $50 and $30 deposits to be added to my account. With another 50 emails and automated replies saying it’s been forwarded to the appropriate department. However 5 days I am sure to believe it surely would be rectified by now, but no. They are usually very fair casino. Had some lovely wins in the last few weeks and had successfully withdrawn. Despite my vip manager being hard to reach. Replying every few days to up to a few weeks over the years. I just haven’t experienced anything like this. Feel like giving up on trying to get my other two deposits back as it seems to be impossible for anyone to understand, even with the proof of payments and transaction times. My partner attempted to deposit on rockwin last night on his own account. He was sitting right next to me and the exact same thing happened to him where the payment said pending and took from his account. Where as usually it would immediately saying accepted and credit to the gaming account.

Please stay away from rockwin

Stay away from this circus of a casino. Worst customer service i have ever delt with. Its disgusting the way they treat people. I made many deposits and had many issues. The last crypto deposit i made 15th april 2025 never got credited. I reached to my vip manager who still to this day the 24 april 2025 has not replied to one of my emails. Live chat were useless no help. So i emailed support they told me to wait 24 hours and it was being processed. I waited it did show up so i went back to support who told me it was pending. So i waited another no sjow so i contacted them again and they said it had just been credited. So i checked it hadnt so i contacted them again and they told me it was being processed again and support had given me the wrong info. 9 days later and every day 3 times a day they email me the same generic email asking for a little more time. Iv given up i told keep money and close the account. I have screenshots and an email threed 98 emails long if any wants to see how they treat people ill happily share the proof. Rockwin is a waste of time. Dont make the same mistake i made and please please stay away from this place. Iv made a complaint against them with internal affairs and ask gambers. I really hope this place gets shut down.
