If there was ever a casino I would suggest to stay faaarrrr far away as possible from, it would be this poor disgusting scam of a casino- Rockwin! A one star rating is being more than generous, this casino deserves nothing more than to be nonexistent, along with the fake lying "support" agents who offer absolutely no help whatsoever and will just take you for a ride and feed you nothing but lies and false hope!! When it comes to making a withdrawal you can guarantee to be messed around and given every reason or excuse for them to stall paying out your money, regardless! The website claims verified accounts, VIP players will have their withdrawals processed within 15mins, or in general withdrawals are processed within the hour, but this is no way near what really happens!! You will be made to wait, made to send in every document imaginable (even when you already have previously been verified) They will find a reason to not accept your documents but will never say the reason why and will continue to find more and more things to be "approved" which is clearly a stalling tactic to delay paying out!! Each chat support agent you deal with will tell you something different from each other about how you can speed up the process, just for the next agent to tell you otherwise and continue to delay the your payout! These automated replies from the casino on these reviews mean absolutely nothing other than trying to make it look like they actually care about their players to the general public, but when its just between yourself and the support team the communication and responses are nothing like how they are portraying on these reviews! Made a deposit and the money taken from bank account but not credited to casino balance. The only “assistance” received was being told it can take up to 24 hours. 36 hours later I’m being told it may be next week and to contact them if it’s not credited then. Wouldn’t deposit if you don’t want a guaranteed loss
I did two deposits via Skrill into this casino 4 days ago. The money has not shown up yet in my casino balance. Balance still showing as 0. The excuse from the casino is that it is pending - for 4 days!!! Skrill has also not bothered to communicate with me with clarification. I have contacted them twice. I can now assume that my deposits have been stolen. I have been scammed. I will NEVER recommend this casino to anyone. STAY AWAY please !! You could loose a much larger amount than I have. I have requested my money be returned - the only explanation given repeatedly is that it is being processed.
