We were informed that the refrigerator was not working at our unit after we had already purchased food for our week-long stay for 10 people, over $800, all of which was ruined because the temperature couldn't be controlled with the dry ice that was provided. They later brought a mini fridge, which also did not work. At that point, we were left without a functioning refrigerator for the entire week.Instead of reimbursing us for the food that was lost, we were offered to move to another unit on the third day for an additional $1000. Not a reasonable solution when the issue was not caused by us. This situation added unnecessary stress and expense to what should have been a relaxing family trip I would strongly encourage future guests to NOT use either Rocky Mountain Getaways or Pinnacle Management. Both really dropped the ball on this. We were offered $300, not much considering the amount of food that was lost, extra expense of eating out every meal, and the additional stress that was incurred.
