I went to a store intending to buy polo shirts for my husband. Unfortunately, I was ignored upon entering, and after searching for the right size without assistance, I left empty-handed. I then ordered four polo shirts online. One shirt arrived, but the other three did not. I emailed customer service to ask about the shipment but received no response. After following up, I still heard nothing. When I called customer service, I found out that the email I used wasn’t monitored, though I had no prior notice about this. Eventually, I was told that the remaining shirts had been sent, but it was unclear why they were missed initially. While I received an apology for the delay, there was no accountability for the issues with my order. Overall, my experience was quite disappointing, both in-store and online.
