I have been dealing with an ongoing situation at a store for three weeks, and it remains unresolved. There was misleading advertising, and the customer service has been consistently poor both in-store and online. No effort has been made to reach a resolution. I left feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. The presentation in-store was unprofessional, and the sales pitches were inaccurate. Even higher management seems uninterested in addressing the issues. My interactions with the staff have been rude, and I doubt I will shop here again.
