I ordered a fairly expensive pair of boots from R & G late last year. Within weeks the laces shredded. Not a big problem, just put new and better quality ones in. Last week however, one of the top lace retainers snapped off. Tried to use their so called "customer service page. That just bounces back as undeliverable. Tried to email the only address they give out. No reply or response whatsoever. Haven't worn them a great deal, and really looked after them so I was surprised not only by the poor quality, but even more by the appalling customer service. Dreadful
