I have tried using the Likewise platform to return my cell phone that fell on the ground. The link sent does NOT help. It send me in city, causing delay, after delay. I'm so frustrated with the process, I bought a new phone in desperation, exactly what rogers wanted. But I still needed another phone. Please help...their automated phone line is useless the email says I can download mailing instructions
