Rogers is basically scamming people without any shame, they sent me an entertainment box for tv which I clearly told them dont send it as we dont use it, they sent it and then they charged us 110 dollars, I returned the box and it is the second month they promise I will get my 110 dollars back but I never received anything. Whenever I call customer service they give me totally new information and make me very confused. I ask them to go and read the notes from our previous conversation and then they say oh I am sorry you were right saying this and that, and it repeats each time I contact them. I really dont know how to get my 110 dollars back.
