If I could do 0 stars I would. Please Telus buy me out and I’ll switch stat. Also give Doug from Ontario a raise that old guy was great but overall the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Sent 4 hours today just switching my plan to get roaming data. Spending 18 hours dealing with a phone upgrade that they messed up and ended up just doing it through Apple instead. The fact that you can call and go one hold for 2.5 hours and they just hang up and say call back later is bs. Like take a number down and call people back in priority order. The amount of chats that you get stuck in and wait 45 mins and find out they transferred you to the wrong department and then wait again 45 mins. The transferred me to the wrong place about 8 times between two times I’ve contacted them. Stop outsourcing your customer service to cheaper alternatives and take care of your long term customers
