The fact they don’t have a call back number when on hold for hours says a lot. They don’t care about their customers. They will nail you with costs everywhere they can. Call in and if you’re lucky to get someone they will work with you to bring your costs down significantly, but this just leads to more aggrevation and your bill somehow get back to where they were a couple months later. I with there was a better option but Rogers either own the competition or Bell, which is just as poor.
