Whoever thought up the process for getting this card approval, should be taken out & hurt. I went to a rogers store to verify my application. Then I had to go to rogers again to verify my identity. Then I received the card, & asked me to verify myself, once more.Then I called rogers supplied number & after 20 minutes of me not understanding the supposed customer service agent he finally gave me a number to call to activate the card. I called the number & it wasn't reachable. That's it. I am going to bell. After almost 30 years, I'm switching to an alternative, & quite p&&&ed off. This no way to treat a loyal customer. You should be ashamed. Find another sucker.
