I really like the brand, but their delivery service has been one of the worst I've encountered (through a certain carrier). We paid a hefty amount for the delivery of our gym equipment, and both times the driver left the items on the main road, quite far from our home, and refused to assist in moving them. Now we are stuck with large delivery boxes blocking our driveway, which is causing inconvenience for our neighbors as well. The company seriously needs to rethink their relationship with this carrier and consider switching to a more reliable option, as this delivery experience is completely unacceptable for the price we paid. Just check online reviews for this carrier, and you'll see we're not the only ones who faced this issue.
