Rogue Fitness used to be the gold standard. Not anymore.
I had an item in my cart when the price suddenly jumped. This is on an already extremely expensive product line, with prices that have increased multiple times recently. I understand that Rogue is American made and positioned as premium, but that does not excuse what happened next.
I reached out immediately to ask if a price match was possible since the increase literally happened while I was purchasing. I was told someone would get back to me. For 14 straight days, I was told the same thing. “You’ll hear back tomorrow.” “A representative is working on it.” “You’ll get a response today.” Over and over again.
I followed up politely every day. I waited. I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
After two weeks, I finally received a two-sentence email saying the price went up due to tariffs. That was it.
All they had to do was say that on day one. “We can’t price match. Prices went up. Sorry.” I would have understood. Instead, I was strung along for two weeks with false assurances and zero accountability.
I’ve bought many, many items from Rogue over the years, not just for myself, but for friends and family as well. Needless to say, I will not be returning for business again.
For a company this large and this expensive, the customer service is embarrassing. I have received far better communication and respect from small local and boutique vendors. Rogue clearly no longer cares about individual customers.
What happened to this company? It feels like the little guy does not matter anymore.
Extremely disappointing experience. I placed my order towards the end of November, and here we are on January 3rd with no delivery in sight. I received a $25 gift card, but that doesn't help since this was meant to be a gift. Additionally, they refused to cancel the order when it was clear it wouldn't arrive on time.
I truly appreciate the brand, but the delivery experiences have been some of the worst I've encountered. We paid a significant amount for the delivery of our gym equipment, and on both occasions, the driver left our items far from our home and was unhelpful. Now we have large delivery boxes blocking our driveway, causing issues for our neighbors as well. The company really needs to reevaluate their partnership with the delivery service and consider switching to a more dependable option, as this delivery experience is totally unacceptable for the amount we spent. A quick look at reviews for the delivery service shows that we are not alone in facing these issues.

I had an extremely frustrating interaction! They advertised a product at a specific price, but then revealed that you have to pay extra for the weights. On top of that, they charged for shipping and taxed it as well. I inquired about waiving the extra costs, and after a disconnection, I was told that my previous conversation didn’t happen. It was confusing and unprofessional, leading me to decide to order from a different retailer instead.
I had a truly terrible experience. I purchased an item from their clearance section for a specific price. The website stated that clearance products are high-quality factory seconds with minor cosmetic flaws. However, the item I received was bare steel and started rusting within a week. When I reached out to request an exchange for an item that actually met the specifications, I was informed that all sales are final and no exchanges are allowed.
I was surprised by the negative reviews, as my experience was fantastic. The delivery was well-tracked, and the item arrived in perfect condition—no issues at all. The packaging was incredibly thoughtful, both inside and outside the box. This was the most meticulous packaging I have ever seen for fitness equipment. Even the cardboard was wrapped in waterproof material, which shows the care taken during transit. I was highly impressed with their attention to detail.
Three years ago, I spent over $3000 on equipment from this brand. With minimal indoor use in my home gym, the equipment is now covered in rust, pitting, and severe corrosion. When I contacted customer service, they claimed this was normal and that they do not warranty the coatings since they come from another vendor. In my opinion, this brand is not worth the money. The quality is the worst I have ever encountered! I recommend staying away if you want to avoid disappointment.
This company has been a nightmare to deal with. My order hasn't been delivered after three weeks, and the carrier confirmed they never received it. Customer service keeps telling me to wait and offers no real solutions. I have reached out multiple times, but there has been no progress. This is an absolutely awful experience!
