Poor Management Customer Service

I tried several times to find out what the shipping cost would be but with no success. I live in a tax free state so a tax was not listed nor was the shipping cost. I tried to verify that there was not a shipping cost prior to hitting the purchase button but after doing so the shipping cost was added to my charge. I immediately wrote to Rogue Fitness about the issue. They asked if I had a snap shot of the no shipping charge prior the purchase and I told them that I did not know I would need to take one but I did send a snap shot of my history to show my attempts to find out what the shipping cost would be. Rogue on their end tried to duplicate the no shipping charge being shown prior to making a purchase and they said a shipping cost was listed. I explained again to them that on my end it did not show a shipping cost. I cleared all my history and tried again to see if a shipping cost would be listed and it did show. I explained again that it never showed up on my end prior to making the purchase and asked to please credit me the shipping cost but they refused to do so. After several emails to speak on the phone with a manager which I never was allowed to do so, I was told the written communication is their final response. Continuing with email communication, I asked if I could refuse shipment and the manager said I would have to pay the cost to send the item back. I verified with the US Postal Service that I could refuse shipment of the unopened package of which I did. I sent all correspondence to my credit card company and disputed the charge which the dispute was found in my favor. Due to the great time expense on my end and the unwillingness to have a manager speak with me on the phone, I do not recommend online purchases with Rogue Fitness. I am very grateful for all the help my credit card dispute department provided in resolving my case.
