I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the service. I ordered dog food and did not receive the SMS notification that the company claimed was sent, leaving me without crucial pet food and out $160. There was no offer to replace the order, no phone contact, and no effort to ensure future deliveries would be smooth. Customer service lacked understanding, provided no solutions, and showed no willingness to assist. I expected at least basic communication and support, but instead, I felt blamed for the situation. I will be taking this issue to Fair Trading. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
