I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the service. I ordered dog food and did not receive the SMS notification that the company claimed was sent, leaving me without crucial pet food and out $160. There was no offer to replace the order, no phone contact, and no effort to ensure future deliveries would be smooth. Customer service lacked understanding, provided no solutions, and showed no willingness to assist. I expected at least basic communication and support, but instead, I felt blamed for the situation. I will be taking this issue to Fair Trading. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

Absolutely loved how everything is ethical and organic. The founder genuinely cares about the quality of the products, and I wholeheartedly support his authenticity and passion. I wouldn't recommend any other food for your pets other than this service. I searched everywhere for real, fresh food and am so grateful that someone like the founder exists to provide quality food for my dog. You can't put a price on your pet's health.
I can never find a single fault with this service. I’ve been purchasing from them for my dog since May, and I have no complaints, nor does my pet. The quality of the products is always exceptional, and the service and pricing are fantastic and very affordable. The food is always frozen without any signs of thawing. Delivery is consistently on time within the promised timeframe, and the packaging is always great, with nothing leaking inside or outside the box. My dog is always excited when I bring in her box full of tasty and nutritious treats, wagging her tail and eager to enjoy something delicious. There’s an amazing variety of proteins to choose from, including some I thought were hard to find! I will always choose this service for my purchases.

The quality is excellent, with whole food that you can actually see, not minced. I have noticed my dog has become calmer and more focused on this diet. Yes, it costs more than some dry or canned food, but the benefits to my dog's health outweigh the expenses for me. My dog is happy, healthy, and cleans her bowl every time, and with the premixed tubs, I don’t have to worry about getting the balance right.
