Tec support called me with a what's app video call. They put a lot of effort into resolving my problem and succeeded. They were very patient and knowledgeable about fixing my WiFi connection to my heaters. The only small thing that they could improve on is the fact that there was an awful amount of background chat and at times it was difficult to hear them. Otherwise 10/10
