My experience has been entirely frustrating. I can't even comment on the quality of their product because I never received it. It's been nearly three months since I placed my order, and just two days ago, I was informed that I would need to wait an additional two months. Their customer service's response was to offer store credit, which doesn't cover any product they offer. To make matters worse, they had the nerve to send me the case for the piano I ordered within two weeks. I've been looking at that empty case ever since, uncertain if that will be refunded. This is due to the terrible customer service response times from the company. Waiting a week or more for a simple email is a significant failure on their part. It's time for the company to improve and stop making promises they can't fulfill, as well as properly staff their customer service teams to communicate effectively with customers. I haven't felt this let down by a purchase experience in a long time.
