Everything delivered by mid January 2026, EXCEPT in Australia there has been a warehouse fulfilment error, where many people that ordered the Roli Piano were sent the Piano M.
Roli have acknowledged the error indicating the Piano will be sent by early Feb, but it's now 16 Feb 2026.
Their (seasonally) unusually high number of inquiries has now become usual. The ticket responses haven't improved.
I wanted to learn the Piano in 2026, but even if I get my Piano, I now feel disappointed and unmotivated.
Roli have not done enough to keep me updated about correcting their delivery error.
Roli piano upper f key sqeaks and the battery won't charge - also has some connectivity issues - ROLI DON'T ACCEPT EMAILS AND DON'T RESPOND TO AND METHOD OF CONTACT. Roli - you should be ashamed offering what you describe as a premium product with so many obvious quality control issues.
Great products, though they took all of the some time to get to me. Gratefully, ROLI provided a significant credit toward my next subscription as a comp.
I don't love that I have to connect my piano to my computer every time to load my preferred brightness settings, so I hope that's fixed in time.
Overall, I'm happy with both the piano (and the airwave, though I haven't had the opportunity to make the most of it yet since I don't have a tablet). The lessons and song selection on the app are also instructive and comprehensive.
I'd 88% recommend the company.
I love the concept, the product is beautiful. I ordered 2 Piano M from the Netherlands to a friend's house in Spain. The delivery took 2 weeks or less (great!). Then I read everywhere people having delays of seeeveral months, so I felt lucky. When I tried them, one of them had issues with the battery.. it cannot be used unplugged from the power.. not blocking for using it, but not expected from a new product. Both of them, but specially the one without the issue in the battery, have issues related to not getting sound when pressing the keys at a higher level (closer to the "frame" that has the power button).. so pressing they keys softly or at that position can cause no sound, or even worse, intermittent sound while no changing the force over the keys. Ok, 2 products, 2 issues, not great but it could happen. Let's go to customer service.
I wanted to exchange them by working pianos, it took 3 weeks until I got an answer and they gave me a link to generate the shipping label so I can return those and they can send me the new ones, but it had the sender's address of my friend in Spain, so I asked them if there was a way to change that label.. I got no answer for 1 month..
You can see a loot of people complaining on reddit about delivery times (fortunately not my issue), lack of customer service (definitely my issue) and not so many hardware issues..
It's sad because the product is lovely, but they clearly need at least 10x the amount of customer service agents

I ordered from the ROLI Europe Store, (confirmed 28 Oct 2025), Piano Create, Matte Black, €399. UPS started returning the parcel because it wasn’t collected from a UPS Access Point before the deadline, this is time sensitive and I still want the order, I am not requesting a cancellation.
I first contacted ROLI Support on Sunday, 4 Jan 2026. Now it has been more than 20 days and I still have not received a concrete response or a solution. I tried everything, I opened two support tickets, emailed multiple times, and even messaged them on Instagram. The only thing I received was an automated backlog email, but no real reply, no reshipment confirmation, no intercept attempt, nothing.
At this point, I still don’t have my package and ROLI’s lack of communication has been unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering if you need reliable delivery or support.
I've shared my concerns before, and despite requests for more information, there's been no response. I am still missing two piano Ms.
I understand there's a delay with the sustain pedal, but I really need the two piano Ms sent out! This situation has dragged on for far too long! It's absurd and may deter others from making a purchase!
My experience has been entirely frustrating. I can't even comment on the quality of their product because I never received it. It's been nearly three months since I placed my order, and just two days ago, I was informed that I would need to wait an additional two months. Their customer service's response was to offer store credit, which doesn't cover any product they offer. To make matters worse, they had the nerve to send me the case for the piano I ordered within two weeks. I've been looking at that empty case ever since, uncertain if that will be refunded. This is due to the terrible customer service response times from the company. Waiting a week or more for a simple email is a significant failure on their part. It's time for the company to improve and stop making promises they can't fulfill, as well as properly staff their customer service teams to communicate effectively with customers. I haven't felt this let down by a purchase experience in a long time.
The quality and distinctive features of the product, along with the new device, make it outstanding for those looking to explore innovative musical expression. The hardware is of excellent quality and straightforward to maintain. Both devices offer unique sound design possibilities using the midi MPE standard for keyboard and hand expression. I would give them 5 stars if it weren't for the year-long delay I faced in receiving the new device after placing my order. I understand that this was largely due to circumstances beyond their control as they needed to find new suppliers; ultimately, the quality of the device is top-notch.

Once again, my daughter's Christmas has been spoiled because the company has consistently failed to meet its delivery commitments. This isn't just a single incident; this has been an ongoing issue for over a year. Shipment SU 71993 has yet to arrive, and tracking information indicates it hasn't even left the company's warehouse. At this point, it's uncertain whether this shipment was dispatched at all. Moreover, order SU 61245 was guaranteed to ship on December 8. As of today, there is still no sign that this has occurred. This reflects a troubling pattern of broken promises, missed deadlines, and misleading assurances. It’s not merely a logistics problem. Communication often suggests that shipments are imminent, yet nothing ever arrives. Instead, customers are met with silence, excuses, and disappointment, resulting in real consequences. In this instance, a child once again missed out on Christmas because commitments were made and subsequently ignored. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of placing an order with this company to reconsider. If you prioritize reliability and honesty, especially during the holiday season, this service has repeatedly shown it cannot be trusted.
