I have been playing Rolling Riches for 2 years and never had a problem with redemption or getting a response from support however I have put in 3 tickets to support and haven't received 1 response regarding my redemption that hasn't been approved yet and it's been 8 days! This is unacceptable. I'm highly disappointed and don't recommend anyone spending their money because you won't get a response and who knows if you'll get paid or how long you will be waiting. Do better Rolling Riches!
