I would put zero stars if that were an option. I submitted by redemption request to them on Wednesday, Feb 11th!!! Today is the 23rd and I STILL have not received my money! In fact, it still just says “pending” under my redemption request. Customer service is non-existent and if you’re lucky to even get a response, it will be a generic one and completely useless! Take my word for it, STAY AWAY!! There are literally hundreds of other platforms that pay in a timely manner. This isn’t one of those!!!
