You can make deposits and should be eligible for cashback based on your level, yet you practically have to chase them for it—and even then, they always seem to find reasons not to follow through.I was assigned a VIP manager named Lily, and based on my interactions, I found the customer service, communication, and empathy lacking. Her approach to resolving issues was simply to refer me back to the T&Cs.This is just my personal experience, but my advice is to be cautious with Rollino, and especially if you’re assigned Lily as your VIP manager.
