PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CASINO!!! I literally deposited £50 to receive a 50% bonus with 40 free spins. While playing with my cash i deposited suddenly i couldn't buy anything with it it said I was using bonus funds even though i wasn't i was using my £50 i deposited. Checked and not only was my free spins and 50% missing, but they had changed my actual funds into bonus funds? I asked customer service about it and was told "its a sticky bonus read terms and conditions" i said its not bonus funds its my actual deposit? Was treated like i was stupid. Have the full conversation where they literally tell me i have used the free spins and 50% bonus???? When i was literally 10 minutes into using my own cash. Apparently now all the bonus's have disappeared and my own money is not my money anymore but "bonus" money and its because of "sticky bonus" and i should have read the rules.
