I have deposited funds and worked my way up to VIP, my account was verified and I have made numerous attempts to withdraw funds they are asking for photos of my debit cards which I deposited, unfortunately I had to destroy my first card I used and renewed the card which was a different long number but they are still consistently adamant they want to see the destroyed card I don’t use and won’t release funds, even though I have sent proof of address , photo identification and also my most recent debit card photos with all my name on and proof but still not good enough,
