What can I say . Unfortunately you never win but that’s not my issue my issue is they don’t abide by responsible gambling . I have sent and told them approx 20 times to close my account not just close it but many times I have told them close my account permanently with no option to reopen . Yet they just open it all you have to do is agree to accept the risks associated with reopening In the terms it says once you do self exclusion which is what u said exclude my account this cannot be stopped the blockage of your account until it expires Be warned they won’t close your close permanently like you request .I am now submitted a complaint to there license provider .
