Poor customer care

All was smooth including when i won a decent amount in one of the games, having requested for the funds to be withdrawn I was blocked and prevented by "crypto-only". I emailed their team several times, even though i never used Crypto to be told "due to technical error we can't offer bank transfer at the moment" however you can easily deposit using bank transfer so i don't understand how and why they did this. After losing all the winnings and my deposits as i had no choice, being a vulnerable player i needed the withdrawal to happen but lost all the money, and automatically i got an email straight after "you can withdraw using bank transfer we just need" yes sure you will after making me lose everything you will certainly offer it. I am disgusted by the whole ordeal, no attempt of care or support and prevented me from my winnings!
