I have called and emailed several times over the past few weeks but have not received any reliable information. I'm now at a loss financially since I had to purchase ready-made alternatives in the meantime. I regret not checking the reviews of the parent company beforehand, as there are numerous negative one-star reviews concerning production and delivery. My experience seems to be quite typical. I strongly recommend avoiding placing an order.
