I ordered roman blinds, curtains, and a pole specifically for pre-Christmas delivery as advertised on the website. Unfortunately, the items did not arrive before Christmas, and as of January 9th, they are still missing. I have called and emailed several times over the past few weeks but have not received any reliable information. I'm now at a loss financially since I had to purchase ready-made alternatives in the meantime. I regret not checking the reviews of the parent company beforehand, as there are numerous negative one-star reviews concerning production and delivery. My experience seems to be quite typical. I strongly recommend avoiding placing an order.
Half a star would be generous! I ordered Roman blinds weeks ago and got a dispatch date, only to find out the next day they were out of stock after receiving a dispatch email! I reordered with a representative who assured me they were 'in stock and would be dispatched in days.' After calling today, I discovered they are still out of stock! I really recommend avoiding this company; it has been such a letdown! I've requested a refund!

The blinds were fine, but the constant follow-up messages asking for reviews are quite irritating. Unsubscribing is a hassle; you can't just click a button but have to navigate a website. There are numerous blind companies, and due to this, I might choose another one next time. If this doesn't bother you, then the blinds from this service are as good as any.
