I ordered some sale dresses, one dress I particularly was reduced from £100 to £40. Alarm bells should have rung, I know!
The dress came folded in a plastic bag, creased really bad. The dress fits and I'd like it for my daughter's wedding. I cannot get the creases out! I spoke to customer service, they said I could return it, but that's not the point..... It'll cost just under £30 to have it pressed professionally.... I'm so upset, what should I do?
