Good choice of items and easy to use website. Good value especially with discount offers. Petite dresses are a perfect fit for me at 5ft tall and the standard fit dresses are a midi on me which is fine. Standard midi fit dresses are full length on me which I sometimes prefer.
The clothes are good quality and a reasonable price, just a little higher than some shops. If you want something for a special occasion this is a good shop to look. They appear to have more choice on line for that special day.
I recently received this dress from Roman as a replacement for the same style, and I’m really pleased with it. The process of getting the replacement was straightforward, and I’m glad I gave it another try because the dress itself is lovely.
The fabric feels soft and comfortable, with a nice amount of stretch so it keeps its shape while still being flattering. It fits true to size and hangs beautifully. It’s one of those dresses you can easily dress up or down, making it perfect for different occasions.
Overall, I’m very happy with the replacement and the quality of the dress. Great style, comfortable fit, and good value for money.

I ordered a smart looking top. The order process was simple and the item arrived promptly. I am delighted with the quality and fit. I will certainly be ordering from Roman again.
I find the clothing good quality and fit really well, however Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired.
I ordered an item on with next day delivery, but it never arrived. No tracking email and no updates in my online account. I emailed customer service but had no reply, but have been receiving daily marketing emails.
I emailed again 3 days after the order should have arrived and finally received a reply to say that the item is out of stock. I had to email again to ask about a refund to be told I have to wait 5 days. That's over two weeks since they took my order that my money will have been in their account instead of mine on an item that they should never have taken an order for in the first place.
Good customer service would have been to proactively let me know asap that they item was out of stock and issue an immediate refund. Other companies can do this so why can't Roman? It's not acceptable that a customer needs to chase and chase to find things out.
Bought a lovely cropped jacket that I saw advertised. Brighter and more patterned than I usually go for and I love it! Well made, good sizing and great quality. Im a 14/16 so not a skinny lady, have lumps and bumps! Fast delivery and well wrapped! And in the sale! Very pleased!
Petite
Being a 5foot petite female it’s always hard to find clothes I like that don’t need adjusting.
Because they are too long mostly.
When I order from your petite range I’ve only had to sew 2 trousers to my length.
It would be helpful to add a few different lengths to your range as i am 25inch inside leg.
I like Roman range for their style and quality of work.
I have now purchased a number of items, each time they have arrive the following day, amazing.
