I find the clothing good quality and fit really well, however Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired.
I ordered an item on with next day delivery, but it never arrived. No tracking email and no updates in my online account. I emailed customer service but had no reply, but have been receiving daily marketing emails.
I emailed again 3 days after the order should have arrived and finally received a reply to say that the item is out of stock. I had to email again to ask about a refund to be told I have to wait 5 days. That's over two weeks since they took my order that my money will have been in their account instead of mine on an item that they should never have taken an order for in the first place.
Good customer service would have been to proactively let me know asap that they item was out of stock and issue an immediate refund. Other companies can do this so why can't Roman? It's not acceptable that a customer needs to chase and chase to find things out.
