Review Time
Having read excellent reviews, I bought 3 Romilly Wilde products - cleanser, face oil and serum. When I tried to open one of the bottles, the cap was so stiff that the whole pump mechanism popped out spilling a lot of the oil on the floor. I have twice emailed the customer services and had absolutely no response! Very disappointed and will not be buying again.
Had a minor issue with the website on Black Friday which meant that an item was not delivered. A call to customer service and the missing item arrived next day. I wish all customer service departments worked as efficiently.PS I know the products are good - my wife tells me that they are!!
I ordered the face oil as my first order and was very pleased with the quality of the oil. It absorbed beautifully and left my face moist and plump in the morning. The delivery was prompt and came with a free sample of parfume. I then ordered the cleanser , very pleased with the product that came with face linen. I just wished I had more samples to try so I feel confident to order the full range. I’ll definitely be replenishing these with the same.
After using a well known cleansing product for years I decided that I would like to look for something that was more organic based, so I decided to try Romilley Wilde and was not disappointed. It is kind to my skin, which has a tendency to dryness, and my skin feels properly cleansed and prepared after the removal of my makeup. It is presented in a well designed dispenser which is easy to manage, the only question I have is (and perhaps I've missed it) I am unable to assess how much I have used and when when I will need to renew it. Perhaps a clear strip down the milky white glass conatainer would be the answer. It however, doesn't stop me from re-ordering the product and trying the rest of the range. A great product.
I placed an order for night cream and then wanted to try another item in the range. I requested samples and did not receive a reply. You have lost me as a potential regular customer. Also note that companies generally send out small product samples with orders as its a great way to try a product and show your wares.
