The systems in place are incredibly frustrating. After checking out with a cashier, I requested both an email and paper receipt, but was told that was impossible. Email receipts are only available through self-checkout, and I was left with no options. I had to walk across the store to get a refund, then return to the self-checkout. This is absurd! I ended up leaving everything behind and went to another store where the management is more competent. I wanted to support a local option, but the experience was so poor, I had to go elsewhere.
