Rona Tullicum customer is Garbage! Made me wait for an hour for trying to get the part I need and to tell me that it wasn't available from other store. The manager Dishanp is too lazy to look for the part Im looking for it clearly says that there are 2 available. Instead of trying to help me out, he kept walking away. Now Dishanp sent me to Rona Langford because there is one available there, but Tillicum have 2 available. Terrible Customer service!
I made an online purchase on November 14, expecting delivery by the 21st, but the item never arrived. Tracking indicated it had been picked up but went silent afterward. Contacting customer service was difficult; they were unhelpful and deflected responsibility to the shipping service. After more than a month, I decided to cancel the order. They were slow to process my refund, and it took two months to receive it. I will not be ordering from them again.
I ordered a part for my water heater, which was listed as in stock. I received a call stating they had none available, but offered more expensive alternatives. This seems to be a common tactic—advertising items that are never actually available, then trying to push pricier options. I also went to purchase air staples, believing they had stock, but again, they were unavailable. Instead, they only had higher-priced options. Very frustrating.
The systems in place are incredibly frustrating. After checking out with a cashier, I requested both an email and paper receipt, but was told that was impossible. Email receipts are only available through self-checkout, and I was left with no options. I had to walk across the store to get a refund, then return to the self-checkout. This is absurd! I ended up leaving everything behind and went to another store where the management is more competent. I wanted to support a local option, but the experience was so poor, I had to go elsewhere.
I only gave one star because there’s no option for zero. This was my go-to hardware store, but I can no longer shop here due to poor service and inventory issues. It feels like their new branding is just a way to charge more for less quality.

My son bought plywood for a project, but it was of subpar quality. The edges were painted and affected the usable surfaces. I tried to reach the manager for feedback but received no response. This has happened multiple times, and it seems they don't value customer input. I ended up using it for a utility project and went elsewhere for better quality.
