I attempted to contact the service team yesterday, but received no reply. I tried again later and faced the same issue, so I reluctantly called sales, which was answered in just 20 seconds. Since the service team was unavailable, they took my details and promised a callback. Unfortunately, no one got back to me, and after leaving another message, I am still waiting after 24 hours. My vehicle is due for a change in September, but regretfully, I will be seeking alternatives. This isn't the first time I've encountered such problems.
