Lack of response from the service team.

I reached out yesterday to connect with the service team but received no reply. I tried again later, only to encounter the same outcome. In desperation, I contacted sales, which was answered in just 20 seconds. The service team was unavailable, so they took my information and assured me that someone from service would reach out. However, no one called, and after leaving another message, I am still waiting 24 hours later. My vehicle is set for a change in September, but unfortunately, I will be looking elsewhere. This isn’t the first time I've faced these issues.

Disappointing customer support experience.

I attempted to contact the service team yesterday, but received no reply. I tried again later and faced the same issue, so I reluctantly called sales, which was answered in just 20 seconds. Since the service team was unavailable, they took my details and promised a callback. Unfortunately, no one got back to me, and after leaving another message, I am still waiting after 24 hours. Extremely disappointed.

I have always held the company in high regard, but my recent experiences have been quite disappointing, although not entirely their fault. My vehicle was scheduled for a specialized repair, but the contractor failed to show up on the initial appointment. I rebooked, but after traveling 20 miles again, I was informed that the contractor was delayed due to traffic. After waiting for two and a half hours, I ultimately canceled the job. While I understand this was not entirely the company's fault, they chose an unreliable contractor, which reflects poorly on them. I am a long-standing customer and feel let down.

Unethical pricing practices.

I recently ordered a new vehicle, which is typically straightforward. However, I found it quite unethical and disgraceful that the salesperson quietly added £500 to the price. The pricing was discussed clearly, especially considering my budget as a retired pensioner. It won’t be a surprise to him when I express my dissatisfaction with his handling of the situation. Either he needs to revert to the agreed price, or he risks losing the sale entirely. Sales representatives like him are a blight on the industry, particularly given the recent exposure of dishonest practices.

Excellent experience at the dealership.

The staff at the dealership were courteous and helpful. The salesperson who assisted me was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without being pushy, contrary to my expectations. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend this place.

I just collected my new vehicle from the dealership, and it’s fantastic! From my initial visit to today’s pickup, the service and communication were outstanding. The representative took ample time to explain everything, making the handover process seamless. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who thoroughly explains how the vehicle operates. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and the vehicle!

Faulty battery after significant investment.

After purchasing a vehicle for £20,000, I encountered issues with the battery within four months. Despite my complaints, I was told the battery was functioning properly. The car frequently failed to start, forcing me to buy a battery booster. I eventually purchased a new battery myself. Once my service package expires, I will not be returning to the company and feel severely let down.

Impressive customer service.

Just a week after my test drive, I got my new vehicle today at the outlet. The customer service and sales support were excellent. The representative was a great help, explaining everything I needed to know. I highly recommend reaching out to him.
