I had been browsing on line for a new vehicle but had not found one which “ticked the boxes”.So when I found one at Ron Brooks, Mansfield, I knew I had to go and see it. I was introduced to Steve who guided me around the vehicle before stepping back, so allowing me to explore the vehicle myself. Then the inevitable happened...this was the one I really wanted- it was a good price and ticked “all the boxes”plus many more! Then the nerves kicked in, I had never brought a vehicle at this level before, had so many questions. No need for nerves! Steve was absolutely brilliant, with his knowledge and expertise. He was able to put me at ease and by using clear and informative terminology, he answered all my queries and more I hadn’t even thought of. His relaxed yet professional mannerism was greatly beneficial. Throughout the whole process Steve maintained an excellent customer care, updating me on each stage.Nothing was to much trouble. After care was equally of the same high standard, with Amy ensuring I was efficiently well looked after and accommodating to my work demands. Overall my recent experience with Ron Brooks was excellent. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly yet displayed professionalism . If you’re looking for a non pushy yet professional car buying experience, I would highly recommend you pay Ron Brooks a visit.
