Dreadful product! Who reads reviews before buying a tin of well known paint? The only thing I can say is that I wish I had! I want to add my dissapointment and dissatisfaction with both the quality of the paint and the attitude of the company. All I can do is pass on my experience to others and advise to keep at them until you get a refund. It took me three months and many many emails to get mine. The company will do everything in their power to put you off, don't let them. I reiterate EVERYTHING that all the previous reviews have said so instead of repeating it I will give you a sample of the company's reply to me when I contacted them directly. Save your sanity and do not buy Ronseal paint. I have had to paint my shed again with real paint, 4 months after using Ronseal. Below is the reply I received initially."Thank you for contacting Ronseal Consumer Services! We really appreciate your feedback, this is very important to us. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience you have encountered while using our product on your shed.We would like to take a close look at this and provide you the proper advice on how to remedy this. Would you please send the following information in order to assist us in finding a resolution for your issue?: -Photo of the top of the tin showing the sticker with the batch number (starting with MR) -What sort of primer was used? Can you send us a photo of the primer as well?-How many coats were applied and how much time was left in between coats? -Was the paint stirred prior to being applied? If so, what stirring implement was used? In the meantime, If you need any more assistance with our products, feel free to contact us anytime, and we will be more than happy to help.
