I ended up using a different credit card, which was approved, but my order was canceled because they required a photo ID matching the credit card address. After providing that, I finally secured a preorder for the August batch. However, when August came, they informed me that no bike was available for me. I had previously expressed my frustration about the ID requirement, feeling like they were toying with me. They eventually refunded me, but the entire process was stressful and poorly handled. If I had ordered from another vendor, I would have received a bike by September. Now, I'm waiting for a November bike from a different seller.
