After about three months of waiting, they unexpectedly refunded the shipping cost, which was a commendable gesture. The bike finally arrived, and my son is absolutely thrilled. He is extremely satisfied with this bike. Previously, he rode a different model that faced scrutiny from local authorities. Despite his careful riding and protective gear, he was warned about potential consequences. With this new bike, he can ride freely without concern, simply pedaling past officers who now wave at him. The bike offers exceptional power, is lightweight, and we’re looking forward to testing its off-road capabilities soon. As an avid mountain biker, I’m particularly impressed with the suspension and brakes. I also prefer the twist throttle over the more typical thumb throttle. Considering it has a motor and a large battery, it’s surprisingly agile—far surpassing the previous model. The power-to-weight ratio is remarkable, with torque and speeds reaching 30 mph comparable to his modified bike. It can reach around 35 mph, which is ideal for his needs.

They finally informed us that they need to submit a warranty claim. Why can't they just send a replacement charger? We paid for a bike with a faulty charger, and now my son has to wait even longer. This has been a terrible experience, and it’s unfair to make a child wait. I would not recommend this company.
