I experienced the worst customer service ever. Communication was only via email, and responses took days. We bought a bike for our son at $2500, but upon assembly, the charger didn’t work. After contacting the seller, they took days to reply and requested a video of the issue. After sending that, they asked us to test a different socket, which took more time. Now, two weeks later, my son is unable to ride his bike. We ordered a replacement charger for $150, and it’s been a week with no update. They finally informed us that they need to submit a warranty claim. Why can't they just send a replacement charger? We paid for a bike with a faulty charger, and now my son has to wait even longer. This has been a terrible experience, and it’s unfair to make a child wait. I would not recommend this company.
